Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi meningkatkan prestasi santri pondok pesantren Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen dengan aspek lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas belajar, keaktifan santri, budaya belajar dan motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri Madrasah Aliyah di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen sejumlah 300 santri. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 33% dari populasi, yaitu 300x33%= 99 kemudian dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, uji analisis jalur. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar. Keaktifan santri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Budaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi santri. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi santri. Keaktifan santri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi santri. Budaya belajar berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi santri. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi santri. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel bebas (lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas belajar, keaktifan santri, budaya belajar dan motivasi belajar mempengaruhi Prestasi santri di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,976 dapat diartikan variasi prestasi santri Pada Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen dijelaskan oleh variabel lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas belajar, keaktifan santri, budaya belajar dan motivasi belajar sebesar 97,6%. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: pengaruh langsung keaktifan santri terhadap prestasi santri merupakan merupakan jalur paling efektif dibandingkan jalur yang lain. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Aliyah at the Islamic Boarding School Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen with a total of 300 students. The sample taken in this study was 33% of the population, namely 300x33% = 99 then rounded up to 100 respondents with random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, linearity test, path analysis test. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the family environment had no significant effect on learning motivation. Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning motivation. The activeness of students has a significant effect on learning motivation. Learning culture has a significant effect on learning motivation. Family environment has a significant effect on student achievement. Learning facilities have a significant effect on student achievement. Student activity has a significant effect on student achievement. Learning culture has no significant effect on student achievement. Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement. The results of the F test can be concluded together the independent variables (family environment, learning facilities, student activity, learning culture and learning motivation affect student achievement at the Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Islamic Boarding School Sragen. A total R2 value of 0.976 can be interpreted as a variation of student achievement at Pondok Pesantren Islamic boarding school Ibn Abbas As Salafy Sragen explained by the variables of the family environment, learning facilities, student activity, learning culture and learning motivation by 97.6%.The results of the path analysis show that: the direct influence of student activity on student achievement is the most effective path compared to the other path. other.
